You’ll learn how to create psychological safety, guide performance dialogues, and navigate conflicts constructively. Through practical exercises and real-life simulations, you’ll experience what it takes to host sessions that drive engagement, decisions, and continuous improvement.

This training is ideal for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Change Agents, Transformation Leads, and anyone facilitating Obeya or other collaboration sessions.
