Many transformation efforts fail because of vague vision, lack of leadership alignment, or misunderstanding of culture and governance. This training helps you address those risks.
You will learn how to define a value-driven case for transformation, scope and shape your transformation journey, and manage the balancing act between autonomy, quality, risk, and compliance. Modules include leadership styles, organisational culture, process and governance structures, architecture and technology enablers, and how to lead successful transformations in practice.
This training is for you if you recognise any of these situations:
- You are in a leadership role and tasked with guiding DevOps/IT transformation
- Strategy and organisational culture feel disconnected
- You are struggling to enable team autonomy without letting governance or compliance slip

This course is relevant for business managers, executives, consultants, change agents, IT managers, team leads, product owners, scrum masters, and any professional involved in leading or enabling digital / DevOps transformations.

Assessment details
- It’s not a written multiple choice exam; you build a transformation plan and present / defend it with two independent assessors who are senior leaders with experience in transformation.
- Assessment is experiential – from day one you work on your transformation plan and refine it throughout the course.
